Journey of my Footsteps by Thembalethu John Kumatana

Thembalethu John Kumatana began his career at Fairview as a dispatch worker and eventually became a wine tasting Tasting Host. While excelling in this role, he pursued part-time evening classes in Human Resources at Boland College. Balancing work and studies with unwavering dedication, Thembalethu’s efforts were rewarded when he was promoted to the Human Resources department at Fairview, where he applied his newly acquired knowledge in a practical setting. Throughout his journey, Fairview provided invaluable guidance, support, and opportunities for growth. Thembalethu overcame numerous challenges and achieved significant milestones, inspiring those around him. He attributes his success to Fairview’s belief and trust in him, coupled with his own determination.
