The wine shows bright raspberry and cherry on the nose and smooth red-berry flavours on the palate. Gentle acidity lifts the fruit, while firm tannins shape the finish with a touch of lingering vanilla.
The team destemmed and crushed the grapes before fermenting them in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, they pressed the wine off the skins and moved it to older French and American oak barrels. The wine matured for 12 months before blending and bottling.
