Bloemcool Liefling 2025 is a charming dry Riesling from Darling, made with a gentle approach in the cellar. The grapes are picked early in the morning and whole-bunch pressed before fermenting in seasoned French oak barrels. Minimal fining and filtration help preserve the wine’s natural character.
Fragrant orange blossom leads the way, followed by fresh lemon, lime and stone fruit. The palate is crisp, dry and refreshing, with a gentle hint of oak adding a subtle layer of complexity.
