Bright light straw in colour. Aromas of green peach, quince, and fresh fynbos lead into a fresh, layered palate with citrus and yellow fruit. Subtle lees texture and a saline edge add depth, finishing dry, clean, and mineral.

Bloemcool Ploegperd 2024 comes from old vineyards in Piekenierskloof, a region known for its warm days and cool nights. These conditions help create a wine with depth, freshness, and a strong sense of place.
The grapes are hand-picked early and whole bunch pressed. Natural fermentation takes place in neutral vessels, including older barrels, clay amphora, and stainless steel. This minimal approach allows the old vines and vintage to show clearly in the wine.
