The Broken Barrel White and Red Mixed Deli Pack brings wine and the Fairview deli together in one generous collection. At its heart are two very different Broken Barrel wines, each shaped by adventurous blending and thoughtful winemaking.
Broken Barrel White 2024 combines seven white varieties. The team ferments each component separately in amphora and French oak barrels. Afterwards, the wines spend 10 months on the gross lees with regular bâtonnage. This adds richness and complexity before the final blend comes together.
Broken Barrel Red TnT 2024 brings together Tempranillo, Tannat and Durif. Each variety ferments separately before basket pressing. The components then mature for 16 months in French and American oak, creating a bold and structured red blend.
Alongside the wines, the pack offers plenty to open and share. Fairview Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml brings balanced fruit, herbs and a gentle peppery finish. Meanwhile, the Spicy Italian Pasta Sauce combines tomato, onion, green pepper, garlic, basil, cayenne pepper and other savoury ingredients.
Onion Marmalade add sweet and savoury flavour with notes of balsamic and cinnamon. Tomato & Port Relish offers a rich tomato character with herbs and a touch of port. For something deeper, the Red Wine & Garlic Sauce combines red-wine richness with aromatic garlic.
Finally, the Balsamic & Mustard Glaze Small Pack adds two finishing touches. The balsamic glaze brings aromatic sweetness, while the mustard glaze adds smooth, tangy richness.
