Fairview Back’s Blend Red 2025 brings together Malbec and Shiraz in a rich yet approachable style. The Malbec adds generous dark fruit, while the Shiraz brings freshness and subtle spice to the blend.
The cellar team ferments the grapes in stainless steel tanks with regular pump-overs to build colour and fruit expression. After fermentation, the wine matures in older French and American oak as well as tank. This keeps the wine vibrant and fruit-forward while adding smooth texture and balance.
