This special once-off blend combines fruit from selected coastal vineyards with Pinotage sourced from Fairview’s older dryland bush vines and trellised vineyards. The result is a wine with impressive depth, structure, and complexity.
The winemaking team ferments the components separately before blending. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in a combination of French and American oak barrels. This process allows the fruit and oak to integrate seamlessly, creating a balanced wine that showcases both richness and elegance.
