Fairview Fizzy Verdelho 2025 takes inspiration from the fresh, easy-drinking style of Vinho Verde. Verdelho grown on the slopes of Fairview farm brings bright flavour, lively acidity, and a fun, refreshing fizz.
The cellar team gently crushes the grapes and cold ferments the clear free-run juice in stainless steel tanks. The wine rests on fine lees for added complexity before bottling. A slight fizz at bottling lifts freshness and vibrancy.
