Deep ruby red in the glass. Aromas of blackberry, dark plum, and cracked black pepper rise from the glass with hints of warm spice. The palate is smooth and generous, showing juicy dark fruit, fine tannins, and fresh acidity. It finishes savoury, polished, and lingering.
Fairview Granite Red 2024 Case of 6 is a great choice for lovers of smooth, flavourful red wine. Led by Shiraz, this blend also includes Carignan, Grenache Noir, Tannat, Mourvèdre, and Durif for added depth and character. Fruit from selected Coastal Region vineyards brings balance and vibrant flavour to every bottle.
The cellar team harvests each component separately and ferments it in stainless steel with gentle pump-overs. The wine then matures in seasoned French and American oak, adding subtle complexity while keeping the fruit at the centre.
