The Fairview Grenache Blanc 2024 comes from three distinct vineyard sites in Paarl, Darling and Piekenierskloof. Granite soils in Paarl bring ripe stone-fruit weight, while the Darling bush vines add fresh acidity and floral lift. The old Piekenierskloof block contributes fynbos character and a crisp mineral edge, reflecting the diversity of wine farms South Africa.
The grapes were harvested early and whole-bunch pressed to keep purity. Fermentation took place in stainless steel and older French oak, with extended lees contact for gentle texture. After 10 months, the final blend shows freshness, tension and a soft, rounded finish.
