This case includes six bottles of Fairview Grenache Blanc 2024, sourced from three vineyard sites in Paarl, Darling, and Piekenierskloof. Granite soils in Paarl add stone-fruit depth, while bush vines in Darling contribute freshness and floral lift. An old Piekenierskloof block brings fynbos character and a clean mineral edge.
The team harvested the grapes early and whole-bunch pressed them to preserve purity. Fermentation took place in stainless steel and older French oak. Extended lees contact added gentle texture without masking freshness. After ten months, the final blend shows clarity, tension, and a softly rounded finish. The result is a modern, expressive Grenache Blanc that highlights site and balance.
