Fairview La Beryl Blanc 2024 is a golden delight from the Cape Winelands, proudly crafted on the Fairview farm. This luscious dessert wine, made from Chenin Blanc and Muscat Blanc, captures the sunshine, soil, and spirit of Fairview’s vineyards. Every bottle reflects patience, care, and the gentle rhythm of nature.

The vines grow in decomposed granite soils that bring minerality and freshness. Because the 2024 season was mild, the grapes ripened slowly and developed rich flavour. Each vineyard was carefully managed to produce healthy fruit with natural sweetness and vibrant acidity.

In early February, the winemaking team handpicked the grapes over three days. They carried each bunch in small boxes to a cool, airy shed and laid them on straw mats to dry. Over the next few weeks, the berries shrank naturally, concentrating their sugars and aromas. As a result, the fruit gained the depth and complexity needed for this exceptional wine.

After drying, the grapes were pressed, and the juice fermented slowly in stainless-steel tanks. Extended skin contact built texture, while months of careful fermentation added balance and finesse. Therefore, the final wine combines sweetness with freshness and a smooth, lasting finish.
