Fairview Malbec 2024 showcases this much-loved variety in a rich and approachable style. Fruit from the southern slopes of Paarl Mountain brings ripe flavour, smooth structure, and generous character to the wine.
The cellar team harvests and destems the grapes before fermenting them in stainless steel tanks. Daily pump-overs build colour and fruit intensity. The wine then completes malolactic fermentation in older French and American oak barrels and matures for 10 months before bottling.
Perfect with lamb, game meat, spicy dishes, BBQ flavours, or simply enjoyed on a relaxed afternoon, this Malbec offers richness, softness, and easy drinking appeal.
