The cellar team hand-picks the fruit and ferments it in stainless steel with regular pump-overs to build colour and concentration. They press the wine before the end of fermentation to keep balance and avoid over-extraction.
The wine then matures for 24 months in French and American oak barrels, adding structure and complexity while softening the tannins. This careful process results in a rich, layered wine that is ready to enjoy now or can age for years to come.
