The grapes were picked early in the morning and whole-bunch pressed before the juice underwent cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation was stopped early to retain natural sweetness, creating a refreshing white wine with a lovely balance of sweetness and acidity.
Fairview Riesling 2026 displays a pale green-yellow colour with inviting aromas of dewy apricots, rose water and citrus. The semi-dry palate offers yellow fruit and delicate floral notes, balanced by a gentle sweetness, tartness and fresh, linear acidity.
