The name Rose Quartz comes from the quartz found among Fairview’s vineyards, which can shimmer pink in the afternoon light. The wine brings together 57% Grenache Noir, 26% Cinsault and 17% Carignan from carefully selected vineyard parcels.
The Cinsault comes from 31-year-old bush vines on Diamant farm. Grenache Noir grows on the terraced Stok-by-Paaltjie site on Paarl Mountain, while dryland Carignan from Klein Amoskuil adds body and elegance.
