Fairview Tannat 2024 showcases this powerful variety in a polished and expressive style. Grown on the lower slopes of Fairview farm, the vineyard produces fruit with concentration, balance, and bold character.
The cellar team destems and lightly crushes the grapes before fermenting them in stainless steel tanks with gentle pump-overs. Extended skin contact builds colour, flavour, and structure. The wine then matures in French oak barrels for 16 months, adding depth and refinement.
