The Charles Back Fairview Brut 2023 adds classic elegance to the selection. Crafted using the traditional Cap Classique method and matured on the lees for 29 months, it offers fine bubbles, fresh apple and citrus notes, and a beautifully dry finish.

Completing the case is the Klein Amoskuil Méthode Ancestrale Bush Vine Carignan Sparkling Wine 2024. Made from organic bush vine Carignan in the Swartland using the ancestral method, this naturally sparkling wine is vibrant, zippy, and wonderfully refreshing. With only 1,550 bottles produced, it is a rare small-batch release that adds something truly unique to this collection.
