Tasting Notes

A beautiful blush pink in the glass with enticing aromas of fresh spring berries and hints of pithy pomegranate and citrus zest. A flavourful palate with daisy fresh flavours of red fruit and cranberries, light and refreshing with a lingering dry finish.

More details

This Rosé comes to life in the granite-rich soils of Fairview’s vineyards in Paarl, where early harvesting helps preserve the wine’s natural freshness. After a gentle press of some whole bunch, some destemmed, the individual varieties were cold fermented and left to rest on their lees for a touch of texture and polish.

Blending Grenache Noir and Mourvèdre, this bottle is all about easygoing charm with just enough finesse to keep things interesting. Whether you're spreading out a picnic blanket or gathering around a long table with friends, this one fits right in.
