Goats Do Roam White 2025 blends Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Marsanne from the sunny slopes of Paarl Mountain, with smaller dryland components from Darling.
Paarl fruit brings ripe expression, while Darling adds freshness and acidity.
The team harvested the grapes during the first three weeks of February 2025 at 20–22.5°Brix.
After destemming and gentle pressing, only free-run juice fermented in stainless-steel tanks. The wine rested on its lees before blending and bottling, adding texture while keeping the style bright and vibrant.
