The team gently presses Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Marsanne, using only the free-run juice. Each parcel ferments separately in stainless steel and rests on its lees before blending, keeping the wine fresh and expressive.
With six bottles in the case, there is plenty to enjoy with food or share around the table. Pair it with salads or pasta. Cream-based seafood dishes also work well, as do Asian-inspired chicken or tofu dishes.

Most of the fruit comes from the sunny slopes of Paarl Mountain at Fairview. Here, warmer conditions encourage the fruity character of the grapes. Smaller portions of dryland Viognier and Grenache Blanc come from Darling. These cooler vineyards bring freshness, acidity and elegance to the final blend.
