The wine shows a pale lemon colour with a light green tint. Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and soft florals rise from the glass. The palate is crisp and fresh, delivering bright fruit flavours and a clean, refreshing finish. Its balance of fruit and acidity makes it both approachable and food-friendly.
This case includes six bottles of Goats Do Roam White 2024, made from grapes sourced mainly from Paarl, with smaller parcels from Darling. Decomposed granite soils contribute purity and freshness, while the warm climate helps develop ripe, expressive fruit.
Harvesting took place from the last week of January through early February 2024. The team destemmed and pressed each variety before fermenting the juice in stainless-steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve natural aromatics. The wine then spent a short time on its lees to add texture before blending and bottling. The result is a clean, bright white that consistently delivers freshness and balance.
