La Capra Pinot Grigio 2025 captures the freshness of Darling’s cool coastal vineyards. Grown on dryland sites with well-drained soils, the grapes ripened slowly, developing lively fruit character and natural balance.
Hand-harvested at 21° Balling, the fruit was gently crushed and pressed, with only the clear free-run juice selected. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve purity of flavour, followed by time on fine lees for added texture and finesse.
This Pinot Grigio is bright and fruit-driven, with notes of melon, pear and citrus. Its light, refreshing style makes it a versatile match for seafood, salads, or simply enjoyed on its own.
