The grapes were de-stemmed, crushed and the juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was bottled early to preserve freshness, producing a vibrant, fruit-driven style.
Very nice wine at a reasonable price.

The result was that unbeknown to us BOTH orders went though. We ended up with 12 bottles coming to the same address but with two separate delivery charges and two very surprised people.
