This case includes six bottles of Spice Route Chenin Blanc 2025, a wine that highlights the expressive nature of Paarl fruit. The team harvested the grapes very early in the morning and delivered them cold to the cellar to protect freshness.
After destemming and gentle pressing, the free-run juice settled for two days. Cold fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks to preserve purity and aromatics. Once fermentation finished, the wine rested on fine lees for several weeks. This added texture and depth while keeping the style clean and precise. The final wine balances richness with clarity, offering structure, energy, and fruit purity.
