The fruit comes from unirrigated bush vines planted in 2006. Cool 2023 growing conditions allowed the grapes to develop excellent fruit purity and freshness. The cellar team hand-picks the grapes and ferments them in open concrete fermenters with regular manual punch-downs. The wine then matures for 16 months in older French oak barrels, building complexity while preserving its delicate fruit character.
