The Amos Block Sauvignon Blanc 2023 (OVP 1965) Organic Case of 6 is a rare and expressive white wine. It comes from one of South Africa’s oldest Sauvignon Blanc vineyards, planted in 1965.
These dryland bush vines produce low yields, which give the wine its depth and concentration. The cellar team hand-harvests the grapes and allows extended skin contact to build texture and character. They ferment part of the wine in seasoned French oak and the rest in stainless steel. This keeps the wine fresh while adding structure.
This is not your typical Sauvignon Blanc. It is layered, textured, and full of quiet intensity. Enjoy it with seafood, fresh salads, or on its own when you want something truly unique.
