The first Cyril Back produced from top Shiraz block in Paarl.

Dark Burgundy Red in colour.  Red fruit, cassis, very well integrated oak with herbs and fruit on the palate. Soft and juicy dark fruit on the mid-palate and a tight tannin structure on the finish. Perfectly intact.
