Fairview Shiraz 1994

The Fairview Shiraz 1994 offers a rare look into one of the estate’s early Paarl releases. The wine shows a brick rim with a red core, a classic sign of graceful ageing. The nose opens with spice, plum, strawberries and earthy forest-floor tones.

The palate is medium bodied and gentle. Soft fruit notes sit alongside firm, powdery tannins that still hold the wine together. Sediment on the inside of the bottle confirms the wine’s natural style, as Fairview left it un-fined and unfiltered.
